This tour is a beautiful snapshot of Waiheke Island, visiting 4 hand picked destinations as well as viewing well known hidden gems along the way with breathtaking views and scenery.

The Tour
This tour will be focused on four destinations based on availability on the day.
You will have the opportunity to taste ten to twelve award winning wines from 3 vineyards.
We always try and include an Olive tasting at the famous AllPress Olives (based on availability)
If we can’t do olive tasting, then we add an extra vineyard.
You will have lunch at one of Waiheke top shelf restaurants.
Lunch is pre booked with one of Waiheke’s top restaurants – the dining venue is subject to availability on the day. Either way its top shelf you will love the experience.
Our Friends
Waiheke has approximately 30 wineries, known for boutique production of premium reds like Syrah and Cabernet blends, as well as whites such as Chardonnay.
We partner with a range of wineries across the island with regular visits to Casita Miro, Mudbrick, Te Motu, Postage Stamp, The Batch Winery, Awaroa, Tantalus Estate, Stonyridge and Wild Estate plus more exclusive rustic destinations like Māwhitipana Ridge Estate

This is a shared group tour: 2-10 people, with general capacity of 10 guests per vehicle (contact us for larger group enquiries)
Transport
Pick up / drop off from the Waiheke ferry terminal. (the tour starts on Waiheke Island)
Get a pickup from your accommodation on Waiheke, this can be arranged (complimentary collection from properties from Oneroa to Ostend)

Winery Visits & Tastings
We take you to visit 3 or 4 destinations. Boutique wineries for wine tastings. Our itineraries depend on availability for the day.
Your tour includes 10-12 individual wine tastings. Some may be paired with food.
Lunch
Lunch is not included in the price of the tour. Your tour includes a pre booked set menu at one of the vineyards. This is a great value offering, pre organized directly with the chef at one of Waiheke’s top restaurants.
The dining venue is selected based on availability with options including Ki maha, Te Motu Vineyard, Batch Winery, Three Seven Two, Wild Estate, Stoneridge. Vineyard.
Exclusions
Ferry tickets and any additional food or drinks not expressly mentioned are not covered by your Tour Price.
Lunch is not included in the cost of the tour. The special set menu cost is $65 to $85 per head depending on venue.
08:30 – Arrive at Auckland’s Downtown ferry terminal for your 9 am sailing to Waiheke Island. Note ferry times Fullers leave at 9am and Island Direct leave at 9.15 am.
09:00 – Ferry departs Auckland or pick up from your Waiheke accommodation
09:45 – Ferry arrives at Waiheke Island
10:00 – Tour departs – The Tour starts here with a scenic drive through Oneroa Village via beautiful bays and outlooks.
10:30 – 1st Tasting
11:30 – 2nd Tasting
12:30 – Lunch Stop
14.30 – 3rd Wine Tasting
15.50 – DROP OFF – Tour concludes & ferry departs at 16:00 hours from
Waiheke to Auckland City OR we drop off at your Waiheke accommodation.
NOTE this schedule is subject to change on the day.
At the end of the tour – If you prefer to be dropped off in the village or Mudbrick for the top deck vibe – epic views, sounds and sundowners. Let your guide know. From there, it’s about a 20-minute easy walk to the ferry. Alternatively, there are buses and taxis available.
